The county of Wiltshire is located in the South West region of England. Wiltshire shares borders with the counties of Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire. The county town of Wiltshire is Trowbridge although the largest town in the county is Swindon.

Other main towns include Salisbury, Chippenham and Devizes. Wiltshire is divided up into five districts which consist of Salisbury, West Wiltshire, Kennet, North Wiltshire and Swindon.
