The county of West Yorkshire is located in the Yorkshire and Humber region of England. West Yorkshire shares borders with the counties of East Derbyshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, North Yorkshire and South Yorkshire.
The three largest towns in the county are Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield. Other main towns in West Yorkshire include Batley, Brighouse, Castleford, Cleckheaton, Dewsbury, Guiseley, Halifax, Holmfirth, Keighley, Lofthouse, Morley, Ossett, Pontefract, Pudsey, Shipley and Wakefield.
