London Directory Added

The London Directory has been added finally, though trying to work out what areas to use has caused a few concerns. Each area of London has about 200,000 people, so going for towns like Romford Directory or the boroughs such as Brent Directory had to be sorted.

Now we have the bases of our London Directory and will add to it over time.
